Your room is available to you from 3 p.m. on your arrival day. You have the option of using the wellness area from as early as 10.30 a.m. for an extra fee of €25 per person including wellness basket. We kindly ask you to book this in advance. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6 p.m.

On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. We charge an extra fee of €25 per person for the use of the wellness and sauna areas until 3 p.m. on your departure day.

Book your desired feel-good treatments when you reserve your room to ensure that your preferred appointment time is free. Of course, you can also let us advise you at the hotel and book appointments for your treatments during your stay (subject to availability).

We have bathrobes in the sizes M, XL, and XXL. Please feel free to let us know your preferred size in advance so that you have the right bathrobe in your room when you arrive.

Babies and toddlers from 0 to 3 years old stay free of charge when they sleep in their parents’ bed or in cots brought from home. Alternatively, we will be happy to provide you with a cot. We charge a one-off fee of €18 for this. For an additional bed in the parents’ room with two full-paying guests, we charge €65 per night including indulgent board for children from 3 to 14 years old.

Upon request, we will be happy to provide a nappy bin, baby bath, potty, changing mat, kettle, and baby monitor in your room. Children’s bathrobes are also provided.

You’re welcome to bring your dog (max. 1 dog per room) with you to our hotel. This needs to be arranged in advance. We charge an extra fee for your dog of €18 per day up to a body weight of 10kg or €24 per day up to 30kg. Our holiday region is perfect for a holiday with your furry friend.

You’re welcome to use the free car parking at the hotel. Upon request, you can use the carport for an extra fee of €8 per day.

Ensure peace of mind on your holiday with our travel insurance. If you need to cancel your stay for any of the following reasons, we’ll refund your cancellation fees:

• Serious illness, injury, or death
• Pregnancy complications
• Unexpected job loss due to company downsizing
• Significant property damage
• Important schedule changes

Please cancel your booking promptly and inform us of the reason. We kindly request a doctor’s note or official documentation of the incident.

In the event that you have to cancel your room booking, we will try to resell the room. If we are not able to do so, we reserve the right to charge 60% of the room rate for the empty room. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Each year from 23 December to 2 January, we offer a special Christmas and New Year’s Eve programme.

Reservations can only be made for a room type and not for a specific room number. Rate differences between the room types are due to their size, amenities, and location. All other services are identical.

Our rooms above the ground floor are accessible via stairs and a lift.

All rates include VAT, tourist tax, and all our inclusive services.
€10 will be refunded to you if you do not take advantage of the dinner menu included in our indulgent board.
